Schedule a Game with a Coach Match Link

What this does

A Match Link can offer confirmed one-hour game times directly to another Coach. A guest Coach can propose times without an account, while an eligible TeamReady Coach can confirm an overlapping time directly.

A guest proposal is not a confirmed Game and does not reserve the time.

Can I create a new Match Link from normal Coach navigation?

Not currently. The old Find an opponent entry point is no longer exposed in normal Coach navigation, so this Help article does not provide a replacement creation path that is not present in the live app.

If you already have an active Match Link, its saved responses and link controls remain available where TeamReady shows the Team's Match Links section.

Respond without a TeamReady account

1. Open the Match Link.
2. Select every offered time that works.
3. Enter Coach name, Team name, and Email address.
4. Choose Send My Available Times.

These are proposed times only. The sending Coach must contact the guest Coach to finalize the Game outside TeamReady.

Review guest proposals

When a guest Coach proposes times, TeamReady emails the sending Coach with Review proposed game times. Open that link, sign in if needed, and review the authorized response at the top of the Team page.

Confirm a Game automatically with TeamReady

A receiving Coach with TeamReady can choose Find Matching Times Automatically. The receiving Coach needs an active eligible Team and Coach-confirmed availability that overlaps an offered time.

1. Choose the Team.
2. Select the matching time.
3. Choose Confirm Game.

Confirm Game immediately schedules a one-hour Game for both Teams.

What if no times match?

Choose Edit my Team availability and add or confirm an overlapping playable time. If an offered time becomes invalid, TeamReady will not book it.
