How to Create a Game Schedule in GameChanger

A GameChanger Organization Admin can create Head-to-Head games between Teams that have already joined the Organization. Open the Organization's Schedule tab, choose Add Game, select the Home and Away Teams, and enter the game details.

If you already have many confirmed games in TeamReady, use the GameChanger import guide instead of creating every matchup one at a time.

What do I need before creating games?

• A GameChanger Organization
• Organization Admin access
• Both participating Teams joined and active in the Organization

GameChanger says only Organization Admins can create or delete Head-to-Head Organization games.

How do I create a Head-to-Head game in GameChanger?

1. Open the GameChanger Organization.
2. Go to Schedule.
3. Choose Add Game.
4. Select the Home Team.
5. Select the Away Team.
6. Add a location if needed.
7. Set the game start date/time and other requested game details.
8. Save the Head-to-Head matchup.

The game is then associated with both Teams' schedules.

What if I need to create many games?

GameChanger provides a Bulk Schedule Import for Organization Admins on the web. If TeamReady already contains the confirmed matchups, use Manager → Game Schedule → Export confirmed games, choose GameChanger, and follow How to Import a Game Schedule into GameChanger.

Can TeamReady create GameChanger games automatically?

No. TeamReady currently provides a CSV handoff rather than a direct GameChanger API sync.
