Join Another Team with an Existing Player

What this does

If the same real Player appears on another Team roster, TeamReady lets you connect that roster entry to a Player profile you already manage.

How to do it

1. Open the new Team's Team Invite Link.
2. Sign in to your existing Player / Parent account.
3. Choose the Team roster entry you are claiming.
4. At Does this Player already have a TeamReady profile?, choose the existing Player.
5. Choose Join Team.

What if this really is a different Player?

Choose This is a new Player instead. TeamReady never automatically merges Players based only on a similar name or matching contact email.

What happens next

The existing Player profile gains the new Team membership. The roster entry's Team-specific name, contact email, guest-response history, and conflict data remain associated with that Team.

Having trouble?

Only Players you are authorized to manage appear in the selector. If the correct Player is not listed, do not guess; use This is a new Player or contact support.
