Create an Availability Request

What this does

An availability request asks Players to answer for the specific dates and times you may need your Team to play.

How to do it

1. Open your Team.
2. Set the game dates and time windows you need Players to respond to.
3. Create the availability request.
4. Share or send the request to your Players and Parents.

What happens next

Players see only the requested dates and times and can mark when they are available. Their responses feed into your Team Readiness view.

Having trouble?

Only request the dates and times you actually need. Keeping the request focused makes it much faster for Parents and Players to respond.
