Set Weekly Availability Deadlines and Reminders
What this does
A Coach can set a recurring weekday and local time for when Players and Parents should submit conflicts for the following Monday–Sunday game week. TeamReady previews upcoming deadlines, supports one-week overrides, and can send one optional reminder to eligible contacts who still need to submit.
Set the usual weekly deadline
- Open the Team's Settings.
- Find Weekly availability deadline.
- Choose the Day and Time in the Team's timezone.
- Review Your next deadlines and the game weeks they apply to.
- Optionally turn on Send reminders. Reminders are off by default.
- Choose Save deadline.
A cutoff in one calendar week applies to the following Monday–Sunday game week.
Change one week without changing the usual deadline
For a future game week, choose Change for this week only or Need to change this week's deadline?. Set the replacement cutoff and choose Save for this week. When an override exists, Use usual deadline restores the recurring policy if that deadline is still in the future.
What Players and the Coach see
- Request screens show the effective deadline.
- A Player without a response remains an awaiting response and can be assumed available; TeamReady does not convert that into a submitted No conflicts response.
- Known conflicts and saved responses remain preserved.
- Late changes can still be accepted while the request remains open and can require the Coach to review Team times again.
League deadlines are separate
An authorized League Manager can configure a separate Team-submission deadline for a League week. The Coach may see that deadline and an automatic-submission fallback such as Use collected Team availability (recommended) or Mark my Team fully available. A manual Coach submission still takes precedence.
New League Manager registrations remain behind the current We're launching soon gate, so this article does not provide a new-Manager setup path.
Having trouble?
Check the Team timezone, previewed game week and whether a one-week override is active. If a reminder was not sent, the recipient may already have responded or email delivery may be suppressed.
