Invite Players and Parents

What this does

Add Players to your Team and invite the Parent, Guardian, or Player who will manage each Player's availability. You can add Players one at a time or add a full roster in bulk.

Add one Player

1. Open the Team.
2. Choose Invite Player.
3. Enter the Player's name and the Parent/Guardian email address.
4. Send the invitation.
5. TeamReady will either send the email invitation or give you a secure invitation link you can share directly.

Add multiple Players in bulk

1. Open the Team and choose the bulk-add option.
2. Add Players in the roster rows provided. Use Add more if you need more rows.
3. Or paste a list of Players in bulk using name, email entries or email-only lists.
4. Review the roster before sending the invitations.
5. Send the invitations. If you used an email-only list, the invitee can supply the Player's name during account creation.

What happens next

The recipient creates or signs into their TeamReady account, accepts the invitation, and can begin entering the Player's availability.

Having trouble?

If they already use TeamReady, they should sign in to their existing account instead of creating another account.
