Coach Team Pricing and Seasonal Activation

What this does

Each Coach gets three free standalone Teams per billing season. Additional standalone Teams use a one-time seasonal activation unless another valid entitlement covers the Team.

Current Coach Team pricing

• First three standalone Teams per Coach per season: Free
• Additional standalone Teams during the current launch season: $1 per Team for the season
• Players and Guardians: Always free
• Seasonal Team payments do not automatically renew

When no payment is required

A Team may already be covered by a free seasonal Team slot, an active paid League Manager plan, valid complimentary access, preserved legacy paid access, or an existing seasonal payment. These entitlements take priority over prepaid credits.

How to activate a Team

1. Open the Team's Settings.
2. Review the current season and access message.
3. If payment is required, choose Activate for this season or Use prepaid activation when a compatible credit exists.
4. Otherwise continue to Stripe Checkout. Eligible new Checkouts have a promotion code field unless another referral/reward or promotion is already applied. Discounts do not stack.

Buy more than one Team activation

Use Need more than one Team? to choose 1–25 activations. After verified payment, one applies to the initiating eligible Team and the remaining compatible activations stay on the account. Unused bulk activations expire 12 months after purchase.

Where can I see prepaid Team activations?

Open Settings → Billing → Prepaid activations.

Existing monthly Team subscriptions

Legacy recurring Team subscriptions are preserved until changed. TeamReady does not automatically cancel, refund, or credit them.
