How to Create a Game Schedule in TeamSnap

TeamSnap organization administrators can create league and club game schedules with TeamSnap Scheduler. Scheduler lets you choose Teams, venues, game rules, and available time slots, then auto-schedule games and publish the result.

If your games are already confirmed in TeamReady, skip rebuilding them in Scheduler and use the TeamSnap import guide.

What do I need before creating a TeamSnap schedule?

Set up the relevant organization/program and season, Divisions and Teams, locations/venues, and external opponents when applicable. Scheduler availability depends on your TeamSnap plan and admin permissions.

How do I create a schedule with TeamSnap Scheduler?

  1. Open your TeamSnap organization or program.
  2. Go to Schedule.
  3. Choose TeamSnap Scheduler.
  4. Choose Create New Schedule.
  5. Enter a schedule name/description and select locations.
  6. Choose Create Schedule.
  7. Configure the schedule settings.

Already have your schedule in TeamReady?

Use Manager → Game Schedule → Export confirmed games, choose TeamSnap, and then follow How to Import a Game Schedule into TeamSnap.

Can TeamReady create the TeamSnap schedule automatically?

No. TeamReady currently provides a CSV handoff. It does not create or sync TeamSnap events directly.
