League Managers

Get Started as a League Manager

Current access restriction

New League Manager registrations currently see Thanks for signing up. We're launching soon. They cannot yet enter the scheduling workspace. The steps below apply to previously authorized existing Manager/QA accounts.

1. Open your League

Open Leagues and choose the League you manage. A single managed League can open directly into its weekly workspace.

2. Prepare Teams & Divisions

1. Open the weekly workspace and choose the week.
2. Use the Teams & Divisions tab.
3. Under Teams & weekly Divisions, assign each participating Team to its Division or choose Not Participating. Changes save immediately.
4. Review Coach availability status and use reminder controls when needed.

3. Generate the week

1. Confirm playing spaces and scheduling windows are ready.
2. Choose Generate draft schedule. TeamReady considers the full League week across Divisions, Coach availability, courts, game requirements, existing Games and season rematch history.
3. Generation creates a draft only. It does not book Games or notify Coaches.

4. Review and confirm

1. Open the Schedule tab.
2. Review the draft, including Needs your review · Unscheduled Teams and reasons and any Rematch indicators.
3. Edit a valid game if needed and choose Save adjustments.
4. Choose Confirm N games. Confirmation records the Games and queues Coach notifications.

5. Export confirmed Games

Use Export confirmed games after confirmation, or open the existing Game Schedule export flow.
