League Manager Seasonal Pricing and Billing

What this does

League Manager access uses a one-time purchase for the current billing season unless TeamReady has granted valid complimentary access. A valid League Manager entitlement covers participating Teams at $0 to their Coaches.

Current seasonal tiers

• $49: up to 10 Teams
• $99: up to 25 Teams
• $199: up to 50 Teams
• $349: up to 100 Teams
• $499: up to 250 Teams

How to activate

1. Open the League scheduling or billing area.
2. Review the current season, participating Team count and price.
3. Choose Use prepaid activation when a compatible credit exists, or Activate — $X one time.
4. Complete Stripe Checkout if required. Eligible new Checkouts offer promotion code entry unless another eligible discount is already applied. Discounts cannot be stacked.
5. TeamReady shows Paid for this season after verified activation.

Buy more than one League activation

For an initial League activation, use Need more than one League? to choose 1–25 activations. All activations in that purchase use the same capacity tier. Unused credits expire after 12 months.

Complimentary access and upgrades

Valid complimentary League Manager access skips checkout while within its limit. If a paid League grows into a higher Team tier, Upgrade your season plan charges only the difference.

Prepaid activations

Open Settings → Billing → Prepaid activations to see available League credits by capacity tier and expiration.

Tournament Scheduler note

The shipped lightweight Tournament Scheduler V1 is a $0 product and does not require a paid League activation to generate its schedules.
