Why Isn't My Team Showing as Ready?
What this does
A Team shows as Ready for a time when enough Players are marked available to meet the minimum Player requirement set by the Coach.
What to check
- Confirm that the Coach created an availability request for that date and time.
- Check whether the Players have responded to the request.
- Review how many Players are available for that time.
- Compare that number with the Team's minimum Player requirement.
- Check whether any Player responses still need to be completed or updated.
What happens next
As Player responses come in or change, TeamReady recalculates whether the Team meets the readiness threshold for each requested time.
Having trouble?
If the available Player count meets the minimum but the Team still does not show as Ready, verify the request and responses first before treating it as a product issue.
