Match Two Teams and Confirm a Game

What this does

TeamReady surfaces scheduling slots where two or more Teams in the same weekly Division have overlapping Coach-confirmed availability.

How to do it

1. Open Schedule.
2. Choose the League and week.
3. Confirm This week's Divisions.
4. Choose the Division.
5. Under Open slots, choose the date and time.
6. If more than two Teams are available, select the two Teams you want.
7. Choose Schedule [Team] vs [Team].
8. Review the matchup in Confirm game.
9. Choose Confirm and notify Coaches.

What happens next

The Game is recorded immediately and both Coaches are notified. Conflicting booked times are removed from future Open slots.

Why can't two Teams be scheduled together?

Both Teams must:

• be connected to the League;
• be participating in the same weekly Division;
• have overlapping Coach-confirmed Team availability;
• be free of an overlapping scheduled Game.

The selected playing space must also be available.
