League Managers
View Coach-Confirmed Team Availability
What this does
League Managers see the Team-level times that Coaches have explicitly confirmed as available for their League. Individual Player availability is never shown to the League Manager.
How to do it
- Open the League you are coordinating.
- Open the League availability or scheduling view.
- Review the Coach-confirmed Team time blocks shown for that League.
- Look for times where two Teams have overlapping confirmed availability.
What happens next
The League Manager can use those overlapping Team-level times to identify possible matchups without collecting schedules manually from each Coach.
Having trouble?
If a Team is missing from a time block, the Coach may not have confirmed that Team's availability for the League yet.
