How Availability Moves from Player to Coach to League Manager
What this does
TeamReady turns individual Player responses into a simple Team-level answer that can be used to schedule games.
How it works
- Coach asks: The Coach sends an availability request for specific dates and times.
- Player or Parent answers: Each Player's availability is submitted for those requested times.
- TeamReady calculates readiness: TeamReady compares the available Player count with the Team's minimum Player requirement.
- Coach reviews: The Coach sees which times meet the Team's readiness threshold.
- League Manager coordinates: The League Manager works from Team-level availability rather than individual Player schedules.
What happens next
The Coach can focus on when the Team can play, while Player-level availability stays private.
Having trouble?
If a Team is not showing as Ready, check whether enough Players have responded and whether the available count meets the Coach's minimum requirement.
