What Is TeamReady?

What this does

TeamReady helps youth sports teams collect Player availability, see when a Team is ready to play, and make scheduling easier without chasing everyone through texts and group messages.

How it works

1. A Coach creates a Team and invites Players or Parents.
2. The Coach sends an availability request for specific dates and times.
3. Players or Parents respond for the Player they manage.
4. TeamReady compares those responses with the Coach's minimum Player requirement.
5. The Coach can see when the Team is ready to play and share that availability with the people coordinating games.

What happens next

Each role sees only the information needed for their part of the scheduling process.
